What league do the Pee-Wee Elks compete in?
The Elks compete in the Brazos Valley Football Association League


What is included in the registration fee?
Cheer uniform, socks, bloomers, poms, hairbow and raffle tickets

What other expenses will I incur?

-Cheer buckets or bags
-Cheer shoes
-Parade candy
-Snacks and drinks for games
-Pep rally t-shirt


What towns do we travel to?
Burleson is centrally located in the Brazos Valley league towns, so travel is minimal.  Currently there are 12 towns in the league that include: Aledo, Alvarado, Brock, Burleson, Cleburne, Crowley, Granbury, Joshua, Kennedale, Midlothian, Weatherford, and Whitney.

 

What are the raffle tickets for?

We have a drawing at our first home game. Prizes range from movie tickets to gift certificates to local sponsors here in Burleson

 

Where do we play our games?

Our home field is near Old Town Burleson behind the Lighthouse Church. We typically play about half of our games at home and half away. Games are on Saturdays. Map to field


How many games are there?
There are a minimum of 9 games.  If a team makes the playoffs, there can be as many as 12 games. Playoff teams have the opportunity to make it all the way to the Brazos Valley Super Bowl!

 

Are siblings on the same team ?
Yes. We always try to keep siblings on the same team if possible.


How often is practice and where do they take place?

Teams typically practice 3 times a week.  Bantam and Minor teams practice at Kerr Middle School,while the Major teams practice at Norwood Elementary School.
