Important Dates For Coaches:
August 1st- Burleson Draft. Times to be determined
August 6th- Team Books Due- Turn in books to Andy by Thursday night.
August 8th- Weigh-In/Certification Date
August 16th- Brazos Valley Coach's Meeting in Joshua.
August 23rd- Make-up Player Certification and Weigh-In
August 29th- First Game Date
Forms you will need:
Volunteer Application- Every coach and sideline personnel needs to fill one of these out
You will also need a copy of your Driver's license and $15.00 for the application to be processed.
These forms and the money needs to be turned into Andy no later than Thursday, August 6th.
Minor Volunteer Application- If you would like to have a minor on your sideline, please fill out this form. You will also need to have a picture of the minor attached. There is no fee for the minor sideline badge.
Player Certification Form - This is the white sheet you got for most of your players already filled out. If by chance you have a player that needs one, here it is.
Team Roster Form PDF VERSION- This is your team roster. Make sure you list your players in order by JERSEY NUMBER. Also, remember that your players are listed as "LI" if they live in Burleson ISD (this will be most of your players, "ATT" if they live somewhere outside Burleson ISD but attend Burleson Schools or "RP" for a player that does not live in or attend Burleson ISD but played for Burleson in Brazos Valley last year.
Team Roster Form EXCEL VERSION- Same as above but in Excel format so you can type in your players- much nicer for town reps to read..........
